Flat 3 is the upstairs one bedroom apartment with balcony on the left hand side once you enter the house. It has twin beds in the bedroom which opens out onto the courtyard area and has a balcony with seating under overhanging vines.
The main entrance to the house, leads to a covered hallway with wooden steps leading upstairs and a telephone area that is accessible to the whole house. This also has a stone staircase leading to the courtyard area.
The living room opens onto the terraced area and leads to the balcony which is also accessed from the bedroom.
