Kontoyiannis Traditional village house is an ideal Villa Let for large families or groups wanting to holiday together. The layout of the house is great for getting people together while at the same time keeping them apart!
We offer special rates for longer stay or Companies that have staff working at Mari, Zigi, Vasiliko cement works or the Vasiliko, Moni power stations.
Kontoyiannis house if a large family house built in 1880 and renovated in the 1990's.It is in a beautiful Cyprus village with a very friendly community. The house is a traditional family house surrounding a lovely peaceful courtyard with flower pots and overhanging vines.
The house is centrally located for exploring the whole of the Island of Cyprus. We are just 20 minutes from Limassol, 30 minutes from Larnaca and Nicosia and 1 hours drive from Paphos airport.
We have often had large families or groups coming to stay together for get togethers. The house is popular because of the layout. There are four self catering apartments all offering the privacy for a couple or a family and the option to get together with the rest of the group if you feel like it. How often do we go away with friends and wish we could have some of our own private time.

The house is set up as follows:
Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, four large, lounge kitchen areas for relaxing, cooking and eating.
The two bedroom apartment has a large balcony and the upstairs one bedroom apartment also has its own balcony, at the other side of the house so there is no fear of overhearing your neighbours conversations, unless you want to of course. The two downstairs apartments open out onto the courtyard area.
