Village Facilities
Bank,
General/Post Office, local shop, barber,
hairdresser, cafe's, restaurants. We have our own
Football Pitch as we have a village team. There is also
an Orthodox Church and mosque. We also have a bakery,
butcher, take away, fishmonger, fruit market and other
shops at the crossroads nearby but you need a car for
those.

Relax in the privacy of your own apartment and pamper

Baby Sitting
We are able
at this time to offer baby sitting in the Beach
Apartments. We are currently organising some of the
village ladies in Kalavassos to participate when
required. Please ask Chris when you book if you might be
needing a baby sitter so that arrangements can be made
and Chris will be able to supply the details.

hiring a car it is much cheaper to pick up the car from
the airport and return it there on departure. Cost of a
small car is € 250 period and € 197 per week peak

Cyprus Wines
There are two large wine festivals in Cyprus every year which are great fun Limassol wine festival which is
scheduled for late August every year.
Last year (2005) was from August 30
- September 11th
and Afamia Grape festival in October.
These will be similar dates for 2006

unpredictable. There is the possibility of
exceptionally warm days, occasional rain,
and mild day time temperatures . Almond
trees in bloom. It can be quite cold however
in the evenings.
